An adult session for runners looking to improve their 5k to marathon times with road runs, track intervals and tempos. Typically suitable for a sub 25min 5k.

Advanced/Intermediate Endurance
With Tony and Nush.
An advanced/intermediate endurance session that typically prepares for 5k and beyond. Track workouts, trail runs and intervals led by experienced runners.

An adults session, also suitable for Juniors, which is typically an hour of intervals & repetitions.

We leave from the clubhouse bright and early.

Beginner and intermediate junior athletics, running, jumping and throwing preparing for track and field ins spring/summer and cross country in autumn/winter.

A session for 8-10 year old Swifts and our Juniors. Older or more advanced juniors join in with the adults.
All groups from Swifts through to Seniors are coached by and/or observed by qualified athletics coaches who have current DBS certificates.
